rew
I have a trilobite with a broken spine. I have the piece that broke off, my question is, what is the best type of glue for this type of situation? I want a strong bond and don't want the break to be too visible.
Doctor Mud
Hi there and welcome to the forum! Probably good old superglue. A fast strong bond. Just make sure you check the fit as the bond will be quick. The alternative is a contact cement but you would then have to support the spine during bonding. I would dab on the superglue with a needle or tooth pick.
sseth
I agree with Doctor Mud. Super Glue will do the trick. _____________________________________ Seth www.fossilshack.com www.americanfossil.com www.fishdig.com
