Foshunter
Tony, This tooth is missing a great deal of identifying features. There are two possibilities that are found in the Eagle Ford Form. The first I believe is the correct one due to the placement of the cusps. That is a lateral Leptostyrax macrorhiza. The other is Protolamna sokolovi which there is a 50/50 chance of being correct. Hope others will also give an opinion----Tom Grow Old Kicking And Screaming !!"Don't Tread On Me"

Thanks, I knew that the tooth was beat to @#@% and did not know if the cusp was distinct enough to ID. Tony Darwin said: " Man sprang from monkeys."
