Brewcuse Posted July 28, 2015 Share Posted July 28, 2015 Hi all, I picked this up in the Hoxie Creek Gorge (Cortland County) today. Because it is float, I cannot say for 100% it's Devonian, but it may as well be 99.9%. It looks like Devonian plant fossils online (maybe on Dr. Wilson's page? can't remember for sure), and I seem to remember the staining is an identifying trait… Size is 3-4" (10-15cm) long. thanks for any info!
