Troodon
I've had this foot claw for quite some time and was rearranging some boxes and found it in one of them. The seller initially had a "carpal" attached to it, so lots of matrix and glue, typical of Moroccan composite claw with digit. I had put it aside and just forgot about it. Took some time but was able to clean it up. Looks all real. If you needed a smoking gun to say Dromaeosaurids were present in the Kem Kem this claw is that. The morphology is similar to my dromaeosaurid claws from North America 3
Troodon
I've had this claw for about 10 years and finally believe I have its owner. Its most likely a Carcharodontosaurid hand claw probably Digit I. I base my assignment on the recently described Carcharodontosaurid from Argentina Meraxes gigas (Canale at al. 2022) which was discovered with hand claws. 3
