I sliced and polished a small pinecone that was thrown into a trade. and voi la, Another cool fossil destined for jewelry

*peeks in* I've been a lurker on this forum for ages without ever really posting, but this thread is right up my alley... here are some copper pendants I've made using bits and pieces of Charmouth (UK) belemnites and a worn ammonite pebble.

I'd be really uncomfortable making a good quality or rare fossil into jewellery... but these are really common fragments that most people don't even pick up and would've been destroyed by the sea otherwise. I've accumulated jars full of these bits over the years and wasn't sure what to do with them, but they can make really pretty jewellery!

I have been making necklaces, ear rings and charm bracelets, just need more time to start another batch, here is one of the necklaces
