Difficult to see the skull bones, would be necessary to be 100% sure. But I guess it's

No, I don't think so - this is not a Perleidus. (Plesio)perleidus has a more streamlined body, small ventral fins and a longer head. Another telltale sign is serrated scales, but this is difficult to see.

This fish here is rather stout with a very small head and quite large ventral fins.
