Note that the link John provided is about American Mosasaurs. The jaw you have is most likely Moroccan. Most of the same types are present at both locations. But many of the species are different.

There are a couple species that were less than a meter in length. I do not know whether any are recorded from Morocco, but I would not be surprised.

The smallest Mosasaur I know of that is also found in Morocco is Carinodens. But that mosasaur is completely different as well as incredibly rare. So it's definitely not that.

Some Halisaurus are pretty small. But those generally have extremely recurved teeth. Halisaurus are also not this small.

For the time being I would just label it as a lower jaw fragment of an unidentified juvenile Mosasaur.
