Yeah, The lady I spoke to was at the quarry itself so I'm pretty sure that noon is the end time. What I'm more worried about now is the number of people going and how crowded it will be. I don't know what the collecting location is like and how much space/material will be available. I spoke to another person who had been there before and they said that it gets crowded with 30-40 people. I may reconsider this trek out....

Hmmm. My hotel room is non-refundable so I'm definitely going. I sure hope they don't have to turn some away, that would be a real bummer!

The collecting area is NOT the quarry floor it is the area where the tailing piles are dumped--no one is allowed into the actual quarry.
