I've often said while out fossil hunting, I would not want to be in a "geologic event"...even a small scale one! :D I'm not sure if this month's 'avalanche' of entries qualifies...but we will all have difficulty choosing a favorite this time. Good luck to all entrants. :)

The poll ends August 6th. Be sure to vote in our other FOTM poll HERE.

I knew who would win! (Secret)

I believe this was the toughest choice I have ever had to make for VFOTM. Sorry to those I did not vote for, there were numerous worthy finds this month.

Bulldozers and dirt Bulldozers and dirt
behind the trailer, my desert
Them red clay piles are heaven on earth
I get my rocks off, bulldozers and dirt

Now...If somebody could explain me where to put my vote... that will be good. :head scratch:

Abyssunder. Hi. If you go to the white box showing all entries there is a small check box by the number. Select your favorite then find the black vote button below the big white box. Hope that helps

You could always do what I did -- Put on a blindfold and throw a dart at the computer screen!
