Clam fossil ?

Hi, just a quickie, found a few of these but this one is a big'n, seem pretty common but any extra information on the fossil ? Thanks.

Where was this found?

Not sure you will be able to narrow it down further than bivalve internal cast.

Whitby coast, came across a few but this one largest.

I would say Pholadomya sp, but this just a guess...

Let's wait for other opinions ...

Tim is right on this one. It's a large and nice bivalve steinkern. Keep it. :)
