abyssunder
All of the specimens (1-4) have crinoid remains/fragments in the matrix. What is visible in the first picture is the the mold of a columnal with the lumen infill and the crenulae imprint. Here is an example of crinoid lumen internal mold and external mold of stem, in other words the crinoid column is dissolved away. More details here . 3 " We are not separate and independent entities, but like links in a chain, and we could not by any means be what we are without those who went before us and showed us the way.
