PrehistoricFlorida
I really like the baby elephant teeth, they're easy to photograph multiple teeth at once. I posted an ad on craigslist saying "I buy fossils" and a guy called me who used to do construction in South Florida. He had the small mammoth tooth in a shoe box with other miscellaneous junk fossils. I got the tooth from him for $30, he said he found it in the bottom of a drainage pond they had dug. I think I got a good deal, it has nice colors. www.PrehistoricFlorida.com

JohnJ
And to think that you didn't have any micro fossils. Those are nice, Nate. I don't know if this one was a little older or younger than yours.... Roz
Really nice teeth. You sure got a deal. Mastodon teeth are near the top of my favorites and at one time I knew the difference between mammoth and mastodon. Have to look it up again. Welcome to the forum!
