Hunting With The Boy

Recommended Posts

Had a bad day on friday, got a nail in my tire, and had to go wait an hour to get it fixed, after that it was off to find some teeth with my son. His finds of the day, 3 golfballs :P , Not a bad hunt. Found a couple nice teeth. Also found a cool double fish vert. I like to snap pics before I pic them up. That cracked ground is after 2-3 inches of rain this week if you can believe that. Its always great hunting with my son!

Love the finds. I agree, its always a good day when you can take the kids.

What a great way to spend time with your son. Enjoy it while it lasts!

That is another thing I hate about Texas, all those ptychodus just laying around like that.

Hopefully my travels will take me back so I can acquire my first one. Those teeth are soooo unique.

....you didn't say what species of golf balls your son found.

Wondering if it was one of those Gregarodon normanarius ones

Heard those are pretty rare considering the formations down there :P

nice finds (as usual)
