barefootgirl
Okay so I have some family in this weekend from Crosby, TX . One of them is an avid fossil hunter who is 10 yrs old and he really likes to hunt. When he is up here hunting we have no problem finding fossils but his mom is having trouble finding any places to hunt in the Crosby/Houston area. Could someone please help her out and maybe email me a good place for her to take him down there. Thanks in advance guys. The kiddos looking through Lee Creek stuff. tracer
although i may be unaware of numerous places, i would venture an opinion that there is no "good" place to take a kid to look for fossils there. the nearest "sure thing" is the whiskey bridge location west of bryan, which is a bit over two hours from there. or maybe to the beach for an attempt at shark teeth and shells.
