Okay, I have another item that I'd like to get your expert opinions on...

Photo #13: Trilobite fragment?  If so, which trilobite?

DSCN2713.JPG.a497e0a6adfda62f99552119ad0cabb5.JPG

Perhaps @piranha and/or @Kane would like to have a look?

Thanks again!

Monica

For me, the giveaway is the pustulose texture and the curvature of what appears to be a thoracic component.

I would say conservatively it could be labeled Eldredgeops sp. as there may not be enough detail - even with these pustules - to say whether it is E. rana or the less common E. iowensis southworthi. Although the pustules appear somewhat on the small side to be the latter.

Two prominent gastropods in this member do frequently show up: Platyceras arkonense and P. conicum. Both can get moderately large.

Couple of updates for names:

Platyceras arkonense = Spinyplatyceras arkonense

Platyceras conicum = Orthonychia conicum
