Though the underside needs to be cleaned as it looks like it might possibly be hiding some hollow areas. It seems not as robust as some other croc material. so yeah, I lean towards croc but wouldn't rule out theropod completely. Troodon probably has better knowledge of croc verts so I'm inclined to agree with him.
