hauyn888
Yesterday a collague found while he was fishing in a little river nearby Koblenz called ´Nette´ this plate. The slate or greywacke is devonian age. The first time when I saw the pics yestrerday on whatsapp I was really exhausted - maybe a big fish - something like Dunkleosteus or something like this. But today I got the plate, cleaned it and now I think that he found some tectonic marks or microtectonic structures - perhaps somebody has seen something like this before - I´m happy for some further informations .... thanks Chris

ynot
Looks like quartz veins - so agree with tectonic. Darwin said: " Man sprang from monkeys." Will Rogers said: " Some of them didn't spring far enough." My Fossil collection - My Mineral collection My favorite thread on TFF.
