Joe Salande
Oh, by the way, this was found in southwest Mississippi, on a nature bluff surrounded by a giant swamp.
Ludwigia
Looks like a weathered stone. Not bone. 1 Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/

Fossildude19
A suggestively shaped, water worn rock. I see no bone texture. goatinformationist
Hard to tell with fuzzy photos. Can you send us pictures with a tighter focus please. Boney structure may be hinted at in the above post.

While I see very little in the way of a trabeculation pattern , I do not know if that would show on the exterior of a fossilized bone, as oppose to a cross section. But thanks so much for you guys input. Edited August 16, 2018 by Joe Salande
