Australian fossil crinoid?

This specimen was found amongst shells and bryozoans. I am assuming crinoid but my knowledge on them isnt that good. What are the small little worm looking things next to the stem?15352574978873422765636961743485.thumb.jpg.dd979150c7a4100ae0733e6c41465084.jpg

The worm things are the 'arms' of the crinoid.

They could be displaced arms, but I think cirri would be a more accurate description.

With it's arms at it's sides, it's not the usual crinoid fossil. I like it.
