Sadly I missed the midnight cut off for the find of the month last night! I guess I used all my luck finding it lol What... is that a grain of sand clinging onto it? Oh, it may take you several days to prep that off. Good luck on October's competition!
dalmayshun
Beautiful fossil...incredible. Would like to have seen the whole animal , rather than just envisioning it thorugh some artist's eye....this is the kind of fossil that adds to more accurate representations by artists. Hope many, many people see it. Congrats.

ALABAMAHEADHUNTER
Just curious , what formation are you collecting in ? I live here in Alabama and have collected fossils for over 40 years . That is one beautiful fossil . Don't want a location unless there's an invitation , just a formation . If you ever want to collect some killer Cretaceous sharks teeth let me know I'm always willing to take folks on a great hunt . It's not uncommon to come out of the creek with a few hundred teeth . Check out my last post .
