Making progress, it's my daughters turn to be creative :) I suck at painting. Great bonding time which is hard to get lately since she is 17. Enjoying every minute of it.

Amazing job! :)

What a wonderful but bonkers project.

It'll take you a week to clean up.

But the finished article is a great centrepiece and talking point.

Thank you, you are right about the bonkers project. Never again :) About the cleaning I was already hinting to my wife that help will be nice and you are right it will take me a week, judging her reaction I will be cleaning by myself. Thanks for your kind words.

That looks fantastic.  What material did you use to cover the foam, and did you press the teeth into it before it hardened?  Some pictures look like the teeth are kind of sunken into the jaws.

Thanks, I put some kind of modeling clay over the foam. It comes in the tube like a silicone and when it dries it's almost like a plaster but very light. Takes quite a while to dry so after painting I pressed little indents in to it for every tooth.

What a great piece of work. Paint work sets the teeth of nicely. I will be interested in seeing it when you have display it too. Some accomplished work here.  I don’t know if my friend  @Peat Burns has seen this thread but he would enjoy it too. Thank you Bobby

Now, you just need to collect a sequence of partially developed teeth for each position to create the conveyor belt of teeth. :faint:

Yes you are right, I am sure it's gonna go well with my wife when I tell her I am looking for a couple of hundred more shark teeth. You more than welcome to come visit and watch that conversation, it's going to be fun I promise :D
