Guest Smilodon
Hey Last weekend I visit a tradeshow, and dit some very nice exhanches. picture 1 megalodon from marokko 2,5 inch 2 dactylioceras athleticum from germany cor I'm just a sucker for and a seller of interesting aesthetic fossils. Great stuff. Now, what is the story with the crab claws. I've seen them from time to time and they look nice. Are they holocene/recent like those "fossil" crabs on grey matrix that came out of Italy a while back or are they older. Thanks

Thanks Hello they are the claws of a Protocallianassa faujasi found in quarry in Belgium. The claws are the only part we find there. Plantguy
Sharklover, really nice additions. Echs are exquisite but I love the little Trigonia. I have a soft spot for pelcypods in general...It could be that I'm crazy but it was a "simple clam" that was the first type of fossil I ever found as a kid and started this passion... they still intrigue ..thanks for posting.
