grandpa
I don't believe this is fossil at all, rather geologic in nature, like banded chert.

Paleoworld-101
Wow if they think this is a dinosaur claw, i would avoid that seller. 1 "In Africa, one can't help becoming caught up in the spine-chilling excitement of the hunt. Perhaps, it has something to do with a memory of a time gone by, when we were the prey, and our nights were filled with darkness..." -Eternal Enemies: Lions And Hyenas
oilshale
For God‘s sake - don‘t buy it! The other pieces offered are not fossils either. 2 Be not ashamed of mistakes and thus make them crimes (Confucius, 551 BC - 479 BC).

Tidgy's Dad
He certainly is selling a large amount of non-fossil material, sadly. Life's Good! Tortoise Friend.
Mark Kmiecik
I needed a laugh, so I brought up our favorite auction site and searched "fossil dinosaur head" again. I'm smiling now. Happens every time. I like all the "dinosaur egg with embryo" too. Don't trust anything you read on a public auction site. There's people selling common beach pebbles for thousands of dollars, claiming they are eggs or skulls. Definitely post anything you're thinking of purchasing here BEFORE you spend any money. We are happy to help with ID of the item. 2 Mark. Fossil hunting is easy -- they don't run away when you shoot at them!
dinosaur man
+1 for geologic not fossil.
