Loren12
Hi im new here! Are these Moroccan globidens rooted teeth and jaw fragment real? They are from The Khouribga Phosphates in Morocco Upper Cretaceous.
Nanotyrannus35
In all of them the teeth look real. Some of them might be composited to the root/jaw. In the last picture, the root looks fake to me. It doesn't show any bone structure and it looks a lot like the matrix. Praefectus
This one looks fine. Real tooth and jaw section. This tooth is real too. There is a bit of matrix between the crown and the root that makes it appear as though restoration occurred, but the picture of the other side shows it is original. Globidens teeth are tricky because they pinch between the crown and the root and the pinch often can hide restoration. Is this the same tooth as tooth #2? This one is harder to tell because I don't have a clear view of the area underneath the crown.
