Yes i have no Idea , learning in progress. Any help would be great!! i picked this up in Southeast Bexar county .

Hi, i'm afraid that's not animal.

I don't know very much Bexar's fauna, but i'd say this could be an infilled burrow.

It could be the route that an animal took through the sediment.  Something about the surface texture makes me think root trace is more likely though.

I think @Uncle Siphuncle was correct in your other topic; you are finding stuff in Eocene strata.  The Texas Eocene is notorious for the weirdest rocks.  Use this map to get a description of the exact formation.
