Does anyone know the name of the formation in Florida where Pleistocene age fossils are found?

There are many Pleistocene formations in Florida that contain fossils, but I assume you're talking about the vertebrate material we have here.

I don't think there is any specific formation that many of these fossils come from. They're often eroding from where modern day rivers and creeks cut through isolated Pleistocene sinkhole deposits, paleo stream beds, cave systems and things such as that. I have assumed that there are just far too many very different things going on to give them all a unique name.

With that said, some Pleistocene age shell beds (such as the Caloosahatchee Formation) will expose Pleistocene vertebrate fossils and then the name of that formation can be used for labels.
