a few photos from the past couple of days

The one right next to the quarter looks like a bivalve...clam shell in non fossil language.  The one next to it is up to the experts.

I looked again...it just might be the south end of a trilobite after all. I thought it was a slightly smashed bivalve. Phone screen is too small...moving to the laptop.

The top photo, almost 100% sure it is a trilobite button, and face/head . I really appreciate all of you guys helping me out. I  have gotten some books and research online. But it is super awesome to have experienced people giving their thoughts and opinions. Being new I tend to doubt myself as far as ID. Thank you

You're not the Lone Ranger here...I'm also new at this and often my best guess is just that ...then an expert corrects me. You're off to a great start!

I'm sorry, I  am new to this site, and honestly do not use the internet much, and old, hahaha. What do you mean?

I believe you can only see it on a computer (or at least I've never seen it while on my phone), but Coco has a printable grid paper you can use for scale in the future.

My favorite things about fossil hunting: getting out of my own head, getting into nature and, if I’m lucky, finding some cool souvenirs.

@Newbie_1971 I mean that under my messages (in my signature), I put a link (in pink) that directs the reader directly on a subject that I opened and in which I put a document centimeter that can be printed. It can be used for photos of fossils that you can put on, of course by revealing one of the boxes with the measurement in it. Here is the direct link :

This document can even be fully or partially plasticized to be used in the field when you are looking for fossils and want to take pictures of them.

Coco, one of our moderators has files attached to her signature to click and print.

Thanks @SPrice your comment is very flattering, but I am not a moderator of the forum, I am a simple member who likes to help :heartylaugh:

You should really number the fossils you wish to have identified, so we can differentiate between them all.  ;)

Especially when you post so many.
