Won the bid on these books. Has anyone read, or own the same books? I  didn't pay much for them, so no big loss if they aren't good. Just curious if anyone has read them and their thoughts.

I have an extensive paleo library, but have none of these.

The Fossils of the Burgess Shale is a good book.

The "Roadside Geology" series of books is good as well.


Not sure on any of the others.

The two in the middle will be useful. Roadside geology series has been great.  The Burgess book is an interesting read.

I have heard of three of these and wouldn't at all mind copies.

I couldn't pass them up. Just getting into fossils and they were up for bid. Surprisingly nobody else bid on them, and they are focused on my area.
