Found this on riverside of Djetinja (Ђетиња), Serbia. What is it?

I have found a couple of very similar-looking items on the south coast of England.

I believe them to be peculiar chert formations.

I don't have them anymore, I'm afraid.

It is not impossible that your piece is a carved cultural effigy, I suppose, I know nothing of ancient Serbian culture or artifacts.
