I am going o take a guess at a toe bone of something or a vert. Magungasaurus is the only Dinosaur I know from Madagascar but I am pretty sure there is a few more! Madagascar has rocks from many periods. I don't know if it has marine Tertiary rocks where whales (and shark teeth are found). But if it came form Cretaceous rocks, then it is a dinosaur bone. It does NOT say Cretaceous, nor the formation. Madagascar does indeed have marine Miocene deposits. Ys, dinosaurs are probably much more common on the island. I know dinosaur bones pretty well and I know whale bones a little bit. I don't think these photos show enough to differentiate between a whale and a dinosaur.
