Lava or fossil

Hi, I am new to this forum. I have this object that looks like something but is perhaps only a lava rock. Can you help me identify?

Migth be some molten Glass or slag .

Are good signatures really that important ?

There are lots of rock that can imitate bone,  but I also think yours is geologic in origin.
