Polybranchiaspidida
I want to buy it but I think I should confirm its ID first. It came from Berivotra, Madagascar. Brevicollis
Nice tooth, it looks definetly like an Abelisaurid tooth (the theropod family that includes also majungasaurus). To my knowledge, Majungasaurus was also the only Abelisaurid found in Madagascar?(I could be wrong here). But If the price is rigth, and you really want it in your collection, i see nothing to worry about here. 1 Are good signatures really that important ? North
Berivotra fm is marine formation, but it overlies Maevarano fm, where Majungasaurus is found. This looks like abelisaurid tooth, so if it is from that location, it is most likely Majungasaurus. 1 There's no such thing as too many teeth.
