Stump pass beach fossils

The top/noon position item is a barnacle plate/fragment. Attached photo for comparison.

and the other specimen to its right/below in the 3 o'clock position is likely a turtle/tortoise shell/carapace peripheral fragment due to that overall cross section shape and a possible sulcus line that I've highlighted in the attached photo for confirmation. Looks like a shallow/relatively straight groove on the surface, correct? If yes that would reflect the margin of the overlying scutes.
