fossil? or geologic?

Anyone know what this is? It's from Precambrian, Mineral Fork Tillite. The closest I could find is maybe some kind of oolite? Is it possible this is made by some kind of microbial life, or is this just geologic?

A clast of oolite/pisolite/oncolite could it be, yes.

Often, algae or cyanobacteria are involved in their formation.

Have you checked out this tillite for its clast content via google etc.?

It does sort of resemble the lichens which are also algae and cyanobacteria.
