Hi, trying to get info on this fossil. I was told years ago this was underwater plant life probably 400 to 250 million years old. Also wondering what type of fossil it is...cast, true form, etc.

Thank you for any info you can give me.

I'd say they are worm burrow (Arthrophycus) trace ichnofossils. Very nice specimen!
