digit Posted March 13 Share Posted March 13 Slight possibility that it might be petrified wood. A close-up view from one of the ends would be helpful in deciding that. Definitely not a finger though as fingers (with muscle and flesh) don't fossilize like that (unless we are talking animals frozen in permafrost).
