What’s going on with these Champsosaur verts?

Is this some sort of pathology? It looks like a fused set of champsosaur verts with some kind of growth coming off of them. Haven’t seen anything like it and couldn’t find anything online about what it might be. Thoughts? Dinosaur park formation

I see some champsosaur vert in there, but it is hard to say what the bigger blob of bone is. I don't think it is vertebral.  Could it be Ch sacrum?  I have no idea what that should look like.
