210Stainless
Good afternoon! Was fishing today on Canyon Lake, Texas and saw this fossil lying on the shore near the water. This was an exciting find. I know this is some type of snail or gastropod fossil but I do not know much about it. Can anyone shed some light on exactly what it is and also approx. age?
Darktooth
Sorry I can't help with ID but that is an internal mold of a very large gastropod. Very good find! Maybe one of our Texas members can help with an ID. @JamieLynn @Jared C 1 1 I like Trilo-butts and I cannot lie.
