Hello, i saw this big Spinosaurus tooth on auction today and wondered, If the root is real and not a composed one. Obviously, a crack was filled, but thats OK for me, and everything else looks fine to me. The tooth Matches also whith the rooted one, seen in Troodon's guide. So would it be worth trying to get it, or should i stay far away from it ?

yes. If you see a complete round patch right when the crown ends towards the root thats always a red flag.  You can even see that the shape does not match up , the root is thicker then the crown itself. While it should be the opposite , there should always be a compression in the root.
