Not sure but looks like a snake head

It certainly does look like one, both are iron-stone concretions I think so not fossils but pretty cool looking rocks. Would be cool to have a garden of these

I see where you might think this is a snake’s head, but unfortunately it is just a rock look alike. 
 

If you can look past your initial gut reaction to the shape, you can see that there is nothing here that points to it being a fossil. No bone, bilateral symmetry, or skull morphology of any kind. Nor anything else one would expect to see in an actual fossilized snake.

The "snake head" is a silicate rock and the other piece looks like limestone.

Neither look like iron concretions.
