Brevicollis
I agree with @Fin Lover. Better pictures and finding location need to be added. But I can tell so far, that this is not a dinosaur tooth. Kane
Have a look at the anatomy of a rugose coral. You will notice septae on your piece that corresponds very well. Randyw
Definetly a rugose or horn coral. Both the side and the end pictures tell the tale for exactly the reasons Kane mentions

So many self righteous, degrading, and so set in their way of thinking. It's a horn coral. There are lots of rocks and fossils that are unclear or that prompt interesting debates about identity. Yours is very clear, which is fine because horn corals are very cool. But people get frustrated when someone asks for an ID on a forum that includes a lot of very knowledgeable people and then that someone says they don't believe it. Why bother asking? If you want to think it's a tooth you're perfectly welcome to do so, but it isn't - it's a horn coral. Why is it a horn coral, and not a dinosaur tooth? You could write paragraphs, but the easiest way is to just google what a dinosaur tooth looks like and what a horn coral looks like. It's incredibly clear which one your example resembles.
