Texas Cretaceous bivalve: what genus / species is this?

Hi friends,

I found this little critter in the area of the southernmost tip of the Pecan Gap Chalk over the weekend, near Guadalupe / Bexar County in south-central Texas. (Glossy appearance is from application of polyvinyl acetate.) The red dotted lines are meant to illustrate that the peripheral edges are just chalk matrix stone. Any thoughts on a genus or species ID? Thank you!

My goal is to leave no stone or fossil unturned.
