Thought I would mix it up a bit and get some ID on these. Taken from the cretaceous, Ozan Formation, 80-85 mya. Thanks for looking.

That is a holotype of the first Ammonite Crab!

I'm not poo-pooing the idea, but there are so many ways to interpret this thing that I am reluctant to declare it one thing or another.

Short of microscopic scrutiny of polished sections, I don't know what route of further study to pursue. ;)

Ya my gut tells me internal mold for #3, spiral coprolite for #2....no pun intended
