DinoMike Posted August 23, 2015 Share Posted August 23, 2015 So, here's my first fossil prep job. I kinda broke a rule of prep... I used acetic acid (CAREFULLY) on an echinoid. It worked out pretty well. Here are before & after pics. Kinda washed out from the flash, but it can't be helped. Scale in photos is a cm ruler.
