I also would double bag it if it opens (or if security decides to open it. Also if you are flying put it in a check in bag. My container mentions to keep it from flames because it is a combustible dust. It does not appear to be flammable like acetone or lighter fluid which probably are prohibited aboard. 1 My goal is to leave no stone or fossil unturned.
