pcjack05
I was wondering what kind of shark tooth this was. I found it in North Myrtle Beach south Carolina while on vacation
Rustdee
There are a few sharks this could belong to. Can you take additional photos that are a bit more focused? Also, what us the scale of the tooth and are there serrations (doesn't look like it but I am not sure). My gut right now says it may be a Cretaceous shark as the Cretaceous PeeDee Formation underlies much of that area.

Darktooth
I am by no means an expert. But that being said the cusp and blade seem to be wider than any of the sand tiger species I am familiar with. I like Trilo-butts and I cannot lie.

Not everyone is on the Forum all the time. Usually, you need to give it 24-48 hours. If no one has chimed in by then, feel free to give your thread a bump. jhw
I'd say something more along the lines of Mackerel Shark personally.

Troodon
Your photo is not sharp and it's hard to see. Does your tooth have serrations around the crown?
