D.N.FossilmanLithuania
Dear Guys, I have found one very thin and long (15,5 cm length) tibia and in my opinion it should be too small to ungulate. The wider end has very oblong and thin cross section, I think it could belong to rabbit but I have doubt because the lower joint in rabbit tibias does not look very similar. Any idea which mammal bone is this? Best Regards Domas Edited May 21, 2017 by D.N.FossilmanLithuania the files were not chosen
ynot
Seems to long for a rabbit. Maybe something the size of racoon. Darwin said: " Man sprang from monkeys." Will Rogers said: " Some of them didn't spring far enough." My Fossil collection - My Mineral collection My favorite thread on TFF.
