ID request - Long Island beach find

I found this on the beach on the Long Island Sound, NY.  Any information would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Don't looks like fossil to me....

It is a rock with a mineral vein going through it which is wearing out from water action. Most likely quartz.

Yes, a limestone pebble with a quartz vein running through it, I think.

I can see the human face, but it's a geological wonder, like the ones from here .
