I this a real or fake tooth? It looks legit to me but this I am not very familiar with this species. Also the description states it has glued fractures. How does that effect the specimen? Thank you

It's a real tooth of a Carcharodontosaurid.

 

Glued fractures doesn't hurt the fossil if done right. It may have restoration on the tip. Need photos of the other side.

Agreed its a Carcharodontosaurid no way to determine if its from the species Carcharodontosaurus.  The tip area  looks worn, enamel is no longer present. Like Andy said need to see other side but its real.

 

The glue probably was used to stabilize or repair this area which is a common practice.

I agree the tip looks a bit restored but the serations look good which is usually more than you can ask for with these teeth.
