Can anyone help identify?

Can someone identify this please.  It was found on Oregon river bed.  I believe that it maybe a fossil.

Hm. I'm not seeing a fossil here, but an interesting example of mineralization. It is unlikely to be a fossil egg, I would say.

Looks like water tumbled basalt with lots of quartz.
